These terms govern your use of optimizedmalehq.com and your purchase of any OptimizedMale digital product. Please read them before you buy. If you do not agree with them, do not purchase.

1. Who you are contracting with

OptimizedMale is a brand of Reignan Holdings LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Maine, United States. Reignan Holdings LLC is the seller and the party you are contracting with.

Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Reignan Holdings LLC. "You" means the person buying or using the product.

2. What you are buying

The Performance System is a digital product: a PDF document delivered by download after payment. There is no physical shipment, no software, no login and no account.

• One-time payment. $49 once. There is no recurring charge, no renewal, and no trial that converts into a subscription.
• Lifetime access. The file is yours to keep. Once you have downloaded it, it is on your device and does not expire, phone home, or stop working.
• No subscription. We do not have a subscription product. If you are ever billed more than once for the same purchase, that is an error — email support@optimizedmalehq.com and we will refund it.

If we revise the document, existing buyers get the revised file at no extra cost, at the address used for the purchase.

3. What appears on your card statement

Payment is processed by Stripe. The charge will appear on your statement as REIGNAN\* OPTIMIZEDMALE. That is us. We name it here, and again at checkout, so that an unfamiliar line on a statement is never a surprise.

4. Refunds

A 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email support@optimizedmalehq.com within 30 days of purchase and you get a full refund; you keep the file. The full policy is at Refund Policy and forms part of these terms.

5. Your licence to use the material

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read the document and follow the protocol yourself.

You may print it for your own use and read it on any device you own.

You may not resell it, republish it, post it publicly, share it on a file host, or distribute it to a group, a mailing list, a forum or a client base. The document may carry a per-buyer marking. Buying one copy does not buy the right to supply everyone you know.

We retain all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the text, figures and design.

6. This is educational content, not medical advice

What we publish and sell is educational material. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and buying it creates no clinician–patient relationship. The full statement is at Medical Disclaimer and forms part of these terms.

You are responsible for deciding whether a protocol is appropriate for you, and for consulting a licensed healthcare provider — particularly if you have an existing medical condition, take prescription medication, or have a history of pelvic pain, prostate conditions or cardiovascular disease.

7. No guarantee of a particular result

The material describes training protocols and cites published research about how those protocols have performed in trials. Those are statements about studies. They do not predict your result. Individual results vary, and we do not promise a specific outcome, a specific timeframe, or that the protocol will work for you at all.

What we do promise is the refund in section 4. If it does not do what you hoped, you get your money back and you keep the file.

8. Third-party products and links

Some pages recommend products and services we do not control, and we may earn a commission on some of them. See Affiliate Disclosure.

We are not responsible for third-party products, their content, their pricing, their privacy practices or their conduct. A recommendation is our opinion. It carries no warranty, and your dealings with a third party are between you and them.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy. The products are written for adult men and are not appropriate for minors.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the site and the download available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site or any product at any time. Withdrawing a product does not affect your licence to the copy you already bought.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or relating to these terms or any product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the material.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in the State of Maine have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. A change does not alter the terms that applied to a purchase you already made.
