If you buy the Performance System and it isn't what you expected, for any reason at all, email support@optimizedmalehq.com within 30 days of purchase and you get a full refund. Keep the PDF.

We're not going to ask what didn't work for you, and we're not going to try to save the sale.

How to ask

One email to support@optimizedmalehq.com. Send it from the address you used at checkout if you can, or tell us which address you used. You do not need to give a reason, fill in a form, or return anything.

What happens next

We process the refund through Stripe, to the card you paid with. Stripe sends the money back within a few business days; how quickly it appears on your statement is up to your bank.

You will get a reply from a person, usually within 24 hours. This is a small operation. Expect direct communication, not a support ticket system.

What "keep the PDF" means

Exactly that. We do not revoke access, disable a download link, or ask you to delete the file. The refund is unconditional and the licence in section 5 of the Terms of Service continues to apply to your personal use of it.

What is not covered

• After 30 days. The window runs 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are slightly outside it, email anyway and say so. The guarantee itself is 30 days.
• Products you did not buy from us. If you bought a supplement, a device, a test or a subscription from a company we recommended, their refund policy applies, not ours. See Affiliate Disclosure.

The free 7-day plan

Free. There is nothing to refund. Unsubscribe from the bottom of any email and keep the file.

Chargebacks

Please email us before you dispute a charge. A refund reaches you faster than a chargeback does, and a chargeback costs us a fee on a sale we would have refunded anyway. If you do not recognise the charge, it appears on statements as REIGNAN\* OPTIMIZEDMALE. Reignan Holdings LLC is the company behind OptimizedMale.
