Privacy Policy
Last updated 10 August 2026.
This policy describes what OptimizedMale actually collects. It was written from the systems that run the site, and it is deliberately short because there is little to describe.
The data controller is Reignan Holdings LLC, the company behind OptimizedMale. Contact: support@optimizedmalehq.com. Postal address on the Contact page.
The short version
Three things collect data, and only when you do something:
- You ask for the free plan. We store your email address so we can send it and the follow-up emails.
- You buy the Performance System. Stripe processes the payment and we keep the purchase record it returns.
- You click an outbound link. Our redirect records that the click happened, which link it was, and roughly where in the world it came from.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. There is no third-party analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no tracking cookie on this site.
1. Your email address
If you enter your email to get the free 7-day plan, it is stored with Kit (formerly ConvertKit), the email service we use to send the plan and the sequence that follows it.
- What is stored: the email address you typed, the date you subscribed, which form you used, and which emails you have opened or clicked. Kit records opens and clicks by default.
- Why: to deliver the file you asked for, and to send the related emails.
- Legal basis (if you are in the UK/EEA): consent, given when you submit the form.
- How long: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- How to stop: every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. It works immediately, and it removes you from everything, not just the one sequence.
- Where: Kit is a US company and stores data in the United States.
We do not buy email lists, and we do not add anyone who did not type their own address into a form.
2. Your purchase
If you buy the Performance System, payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe. We never see, receive or store a card number.
- What we receive and keep: the purchase record Stripe gives us: the email address used at checkout, the amount, the currency, the date, the last four digits of the card, the card brand, the country, and Stripe's own identifiers for the payment and the customer.
- Why: to deliver the file, to honour the refund policy, to answer support questions, and to keep the accounting records the law requires.
- Legal basis (if you are in the UK/EEA): performance of a contract, and our legal obligation to keep financial records.
- How long: as long as tax and accounting rules require, currently seven years from the end of the relevant tax year.
- Stripe's own handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy. Stripe is a separate controller for that purpose.
The charge appears on your statement as REIGNAN\* OPTIMIZEDMALE.
3. Outbound link clicks
Recommended products are linked through our own redirect on `go.optimizedmalehq.com` rather than directly. When you click one, that redirect writes a single log line and sends you on.
The log line contains exactly these fields, and no others:
| Field | What it is |
|---|---|
| `ts` | the time of the click |
| `host` | the redirect hostname you hit |
| `brand` | which brand's link registry served it |
| `slug` | the short name of the link, e.g. `checkout` |
| `outcome` | whether it redirected, served a holding page, or failed |
| `referrer` | the page or document the click came from, if the browser sent one |
| `destHost` | the hostname it sent you to, e.g. `partner.example` |
| `status` | the HTTP status returned |
| `country` | the two-letter country code the network reports |
What is deliberately not in it: your IP address, your browser or device details, any cookie or identifier, any account or email address, and the full destination URL. Only the destination hostname is recorded, so affiliate tracking identifiers never enter the log.
- Why: to know which recommendations people actually use, independently of what the affiliate networks report.
- Legal basis (if you are in the UK/EEA): legitimate interest in understanding which of our own links are used, balanced against a log that cannot identify you.
- How long: logs are retained for 30 days.
The redirect sets no cookies and every response is served with `no-store`.
4. Measurement on the sales page
The sales page runs one small first-party script. When a section of the page scrolls into view, and when a purchase button is clicked, it sends the section name or the button name to our own server, tagged with a random number that exists only in the browser's memory for that page load and is never written to disk.
There is no cookie, no persistent identifier, no fingerprinting, no third-party script and no cross-site tracking. Nothing it sends can be linked to you, to a previous visit, or to a purchase.
5. Cookies
This site sets no cookies.
The sales page reads one thing from the URL: an `s=1` parameter that tells it you have already downloaded the free plan, so it can skip the introduction. It is read from the address bar and not stored.
6. Who else sees your data
Only the services named above, each doing the job it is named for:
| Service | What it handles | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Kit | email address, delivery and email engagement | United States |
| Stripe | payment processing and the purchase record | United States |
| Cloudflare | serving the site and the redirect | global network |
We use no advertising networks, no data brokers, no session-recording tools and no analytics suites. If that changes, this page changes first.
We will disclose data if we are legally required to.
7. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. If you are in the UK, the EEA, California or another place with a specific statutory regime, those rights apply to you and we will honour them regardless of where you are.
Email support@optimizedmalehq.com. We will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you for it, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Deleting your email address removes you from all future emails. We cannot delete a completed purchase record that tax law requires us to retain, and we will say so if that is the case.
8. Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
The date at the top shows when this page last changed. If we ever start collecting something new, this page will describe it before the collection starts, not after.
